BuyBuddy currently ships across India.
We deliver to most serviceable residential and commercial addresses supported by our courier partners.
Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery availability.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Please ensure that the phone number provided during checkout is correct and that someone is available to receive the package.
If a shipment is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

9. Damaged Packages

10. Missing or Incorrect Items

12. Multiple Products in One Order
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or courier arrangements.
You may receive separate tracking information for different shipments.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because your order is split into multiple shipments unless the applicable shipping charge was clearly disclosed at checkout.
13. International Shipping
BuyBuddy currently does not offer international shipping.
We currently focus on delivering products to customers within India.
