At BuyBuddy, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible product, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is significantly different from its description on our website.
• The product is specifically marked as eligible for return.

To be eligible, the product should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and other included items, where applicable.

2. Return Period

BuyBuddy accepts eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, product name, reason for the return, and clear photographs or videos where applicable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For damaged products, please take clear photographs or videos showing:

• The product and damage
• The original packaging
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage to the package

This helps us investigate the issue and work with our delivery or product partners.

Depending on the situation, BuyBuddy may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

4. Wrong Product

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us at support@buddybuy.co.in within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, BuyBuddy will initiate the applicable refund.

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after the return has been approved.

The time taken for the money to appear in your bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

Where stock is available, we may offer a replacement for an eligible product.

If the same product is unavailable, BuyBuddy may offer a refund or another appropriate resolution.

7. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature or applicable restrictions.

These may include:

• Personalized or customized products
• Certain hygiene and personal-care products
• Products that have been used or altered
• Products damaged after delivery because of misuse or improper handling
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable on their product page

Product-specific return conditions, where applicable, will be displayed on the product page.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

8. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is required because of an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, BuyBuddy will generally cover or arrange reasonable return shipping according to our instructions.

For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

9. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an eligible cancellation is accepted after payment, the applicable refund will be processed according to this policy.

10. Refund Method

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank account, UPI, or other payment details necessary to process the refund.

11. How to Request a Return

Step 2: Provide your order number and explain the issue.

Step 3: Send photographs or videos if requested.

Step 4: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Step 5: Send the product according to the instructions provided by our team.

Step 6: After the returned product is received and verified, we will process the applicable replacement or refund.

12. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

BuyBuddy reserves the right to investigate and refuse return requests involving suspected fraud, intentional damage, misuse, false claims, or abuse of the return process, subject to applicable law.

13. Consumer Rights

This Return & Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Where applicable, consumers may have rights relating to defective goods, incorrect products, unfair trade practices, and other matters under Indian consumer protection laws.
